A-Plus Commercial Cleaning is a family-owned and operated, Sydney-based commercial cleaning business. We have been serving the Sydney market since 2004 and our staff have 18 years combined cleaning experience.

We only do commercial cleaning, which means that we have built proven methods to efficiently and effectively clean your office, factory or club-type premises. A customised cleaning plan is developed for each site and regularly reviewed to ensure that you receive the most efficient and cost-effective cleaning solution.

A-Plus Commercial Cleaning prides itself on using the most appropriate and environmentally friendly chemicals available for the job. Wherever possible, any chemicals used are bio-degradable.

We provide ID badges for all onsite staff, to be worn while staff are on your premises, for both identification and security purposes.

Service Overview

A-Plus Commercial Cleaning provides a full written cleaning schedule for your business, detailing those items which have been agreed upon for cleaning treatment.

Our quotation details all the services you have asked us to provide, along with the frequency of those services, so that we both know what is expected.

We guarantee to provide those services as detailed, but should have any other requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to satisfy your cleaning needs.

Communication the A-Plus Way

Because we will often work out of operating hours when you're not around, we employ Communication Books to ensure that we keep up-to-date with each other. We will notify you if you need to purchase more of a certain product (eg bin lines, toilet rolls) if that's part of our contract, and you can use the Communication Book to let us know if something needs extra special attention (eg a patch of carpet where there's been a food spill that will require some extra attention).

We also follow up with regular phone and routine inspections to ensure that our standards are being met and that you're completely satisfied.

The A-Plus Guarantee

Although we do have all the safeguards in place, occasionally things may not work out quite to your satisfaction. On these very rare occasions, we encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best to fix the problem before our next scheduled visit.

A-Plus Commercial Cleaning's OH&S Policy considers our staff, our clients and our clients' clients. All staff receive regular, up-to-date training in the safe use of equipment and chemicals and in safety on client premises.
